All Files will be focused for Vtube Studio.

I do not work on NSFW or lewd models.

I must be credited (MatchaFou) somewhere on your twitter/youtube/twitch etc profile while you are using the model. Live2D artist or "Papa orパパ" is OK.

I can post a video of the finished product for advertising of my skill set as a showcase on my Youtube channel/Twitter/tumblr. If the model is to be debuted, I need a date. I will wait for said date to post my showcase so long as it's not like 6 months out or something super long.

You may fill out my commission form even if the model is not finished yet (to reserve the month slot of when it is expected to be finished).

Payments must be through Paypal only.

If you choose to go through VGen's website for the commission, I will only accept payments through VGen for that commission.

Once I have contacted you about your reserved slot, confirmed with you about your model file, and answered any questions, I will send an invoice once your reserved time slot happens.

Half of payment upfront is required for Fullbody or Halfbody Rigs. (Full payment upfront for everything else). You may do full payment upfront if you wish.

The other half must be paid after I have sent a video recording of your mostly finished model near the end.

After the model has been finished, if there are a few small revision requests I will do so for free up to 2 weeks after the model has been delivered.

I will not do any major revisions or changes.

A normal Fullbody Vtuber (without purchased extras or lots of bells and whistles) takes me about a month to do. (About 80 hours).

I will take longer if the Vtuber is more complex.

Chibi's and smaller works obviously less of a time frame.

For every request I will give a guesstimate of a time frame for the work to be finished.

I can send the files over discord or google drive.

Files include model files needed for Vtube Studio, expression files, and a pre-set up vtube studio settings file.

No refund requests for any reason will be accepted once I have started my work.

If an emergency happens for me or I am sick and I would have to miss a few days of work I will contact you about it if it will significantly impact the time frame I expected the work to be finished.

If I become incapacitated, unable to complete the model, and the model is mostly unfinished, I will issue a full refund.

Messages can be sent to me through Discord or Email.

The model must be a .PSD file or .clip file type.

I will check over the .PSD or .CLIP file before payment is made to ensure it is a workable model file.

The .cmo3 editing file is the file needed to make model file edits in Live2D Cubisim Editor and contains all of my work. This file is NOT needed for your model to work in Vtube Studio.

All Doodle model art will receive their .cmo3 model editing file.

Fullbody/Halfbody/Chibi rigs I will generally NOT give the .cmo3 editing file containing all of my work unless the client is with a company or a loyal customer that was easy to work with requests it for backup purposes or if I am unavailable to do edits.
